How to Invest

Subscriptions

The GA-Courtenay Special Situations Fund aims to provide an advantaged savings vehicle for all investor types, including for retail investors electing to begin allocations at moderate levels. For retail investors the minimum investment amount in the fund starts at £100 through UK platforms such as Hargreaves Lansdown (fund link here), Raymond James, and with fund access also at Killik & Co and AJ Bell.

For young persons, a modest monthly direct debit to a well-managed investment fund can make a transformative difference to your future financial security.

For institutional investors, applications should be made using our fund Dealing Form which can be downloaded from the fund documents page. Once completed, it should be sent to the Administrator, U.S. Bank Global fund Services (Ireland) Limited, investordealing@usbank.com.

All applications for Shares must be received by the Administrator no later than 2.00 pm (Irish time) on the Business Day immediately preceding the relevant dealing day.

For the fund’s Institutional share class, whilst the minimum investment is formally US$1m, please contact us for individual waiver requests – we will always endeavour to support allocators who wish for a growing exposure to the fund but may require an incremental build path to progress to larger allocations.
